Marketing Principles down. Next Tuesday will be Econs and the following week will be Accounting, the most difficult paper of all for this sem.
I haven't touch anything on Econs yet and I'm kinda worried because I don't know how to study and I have about three days to study only.
I CAN'T AFFORD TO FAIL ANY MODULES! I'm not aiming for distinction. As long as I passed, I'm satisfied.

Oh, today isn't my day.
This morning, while on the way to school with girlfriend, someone pressed the emergency button. The train stopped at Tanah Merah for quite some time.
Both of us were very worried that we might be late for our papers because it was around 850am by then.
Then, after our marketing paper, E, F and myself took bus 77 to Marina Sqaure for our brunch.
Like the train this morning, the bus stopped for quite some time in the middle of the road. Out of a sudden, the bus driver came out and there then we realised there was a mini accident. The bus hit a car.
The driver asked for two eye witnesses but only one of the passenger agreed. That's because before the accident happen, we did not feel any bang or any sudden jerk. We didn't even know what happened until we saw the car owner came out of his car and took photos of the bus. Minutes later, the bus driver took out his phone too and took photos of the car. haha. It was quite funny actually.
See, today isn't F's and my day!
Thank goodness no one was injured. But, it did cause a mini jam.

Down to Marina Sqaure's Food Court.
I finally had my mee rebus. Hah! Been craving for it since last two weeks.
Elaine treated us Ice Kachang to celebrate the defeat of battle #001. LOLS.

My super terrible eye bags AND dark eye rings. Thanks to the BIG LETTER E!

Don't think too much my girl. *U know what I mean* :)

We were supposed to find a place to sit down and study Econs but we ended up at Suntec.
Din study in the end because we were all feeling super sleepy and moody and tired. (so much of bringing the econs notes ah!)

Everyone is dressing up to attend some halloween party tonight!
I received an sms from a friend of mine. He msged me out of a sudden saying: "Happy Halloween. What are you dressing up as tonight?"
My reply was "nothing. I'm having exams!"
He then went on and ask me to give him ideas on what to dress up.
Since he's a diver in the navy, I told him to dress up as a diver or a
sailorman!
And then he asked if I want to dress up as sailormoon to match his outfit!
My answer to him was "VERY FUNNY!"

One down. Two more to go.

I'm so stupid to realise it only now.
You're a damn freaking two-faced person.
I told myself never will I give in to you nor will I listen to you anymore.

I've been too nice.
Too nice till I got made used of.
I've been too nice.
Too nice till I don't wanna speak up.
I've been too nice.
Too nice till I close one eye and forget everything.

I can't help but kept thinking you indirectly said "shut up" and continued talking on the phone infront of my presence.
I will not treat you as someone close to me anymore.

I'VE BEEN TOO NICE.

Went down to Airport this morning (NO, this time round, it wasn't to study) to send my aunt and uncle off to Beijing for mission trip.
I remembered the last mission trip I went was Sarawak and that was like ages ago?
We bathed in a river and the colour of the river is as brown as your morning coffee.
We stayed in kampong.
We ate their delicacy; Fried SAGO WORMS, etc.
I missed going for mission trips. And I really really hope I'll be able to join the youth to Cebu the next time round.

Yep, we ate this during our mission trip in 2004!

After airport, sis, bro-in-law and myself went to Toa Payoh Fortune Restaurant.
Dad requested for a Dim Sum gathering.
I think this is like the first time after 10million years since my bro, sis and me sat down to have a meal with dad.
The next time we sit down together for a meal like this will be during my sis wedding this december.

Look at my terrible face. ALL THANKS TO EXAMS!!!

Oh, and did I mentioned it before? My dad USED to be a part time actor for the then SBC in his younger days.
I'm NOT kidding. He acted in shows like Price of Peace and some other shows which I can't remember the title.
In Price of Peace, he acted as a Japanese soldier. He was the one who captured Lim Bo Seng and pointed a gun at him. He also acted in the Golden Pillow as one of Ah Liang's brother. Not bad ah! HAHA! I can't remember the rest of the titles of the shows he acted in.

That's CHEN LIPING in her younger days. And that's my Dad! [SIS, "requested" by you. LOLS!]

Down to bestfriend's house after church for a mini steamboat session to celebrate her 22nd birthday!
A big shoutout to the friend of 9 years "Happy 22nd Birthday!!" Hope you enjoyed the night with us. :)

Dad bought a Toyota car for my Bro. I didn't know until like few days ago?
And he's always "complaining" about the bad economy, recession, etc. How come he can afford to pay for two cars?
I think it's time for me to take my driving license and then demand a car from dad too. lols. Good idea ah!

I HATE exams. It's making me lose my sleep.
And because of exams, I cannot attend the annual night cycling activity AGAIN!
I missed it last year. Was looking forward to this year's. And Now, I got to miss it AGAIN! THANKS TO EXAMS!!!!!!!

Marketing Marathon!!!

Down to SMU to study with the uni peeps.
Before that we had a mini window shopping spree. There were some bazaar going on at the concourse.
Somehow, we wasted time searching for an empty room at School of Accountancy block. We spent like almost 20 mins walking around SMU looking for empty seats/rooms and we only got seats after that 20 mins.
Jeane was telling me SMU damn cool. They have Watsons, Dental Clinic, OCBC Office, etc. I told her NYP has Giodano, Cheers and McDonald's. HAHA!
So, we studied till about 915pm.
E went to meet her boyfriend. Jeane and Simon went back to the west. F and myself headed back to the East. She was craving for prata and I was craving for mee rebus.
Took a bus down to tampines 201 coffeeshop. In the end, we both din managed to satisfy our cravings. tsk tsk tsk!

Decided to study till the last bus home. So, we went over to the Mac at Tampines CC.
We got sooo engrossed in our marketing textbook till we lost track of the time.
Wanted to head down to Airport when we got chased out of the CC's Mac. But sadly, the last bus to airport has ended.
Continued to study for another chapter instead. And and AND, out of a sudden F and myself were feeling damn urgent and we needed a toilet badly but too bad, the toilet at the CC was closed. So, we had no choice but to walk ALL THE WAY TO CENTURY SQUARE's Mac.
Thank goodness we had my ipod to accompany us. We were singing like nobody's business, walking in the middle of the road at 145AM!
The walk with her was great!(I sound SUPER les here)
When we reached there, we realised the 24 hrs Mac is under renovation due to some fire that took place few days ago.
And because we needed the toilet SUPER badly, we couldn't think of anywhere else to go. And the next nearest toilet we could think of is changi airport!

And so, we hailed a cab after much considerations.
F told the taxi uncle we had only 10 bucks and she asked if 10 bucks was enough. The uncle was soooo kind. He said we can just pay him 10 bucks!
But after we board the cab, the both of us felt damn guilty because the taxi uncle looks old and tired and sleepy. We asked how much he earns a night, he said he don't drive every night. He works like 2-3 times a week and everytime he drives, he'll only earn about $60-$80.
Both our hearts sank after hearing. Seriously, we felt damn bad and we told him we'll pay him the exact amount when we reach T2.
The total fare was $10.80! We wanted to pay him the full amount but the uncle only took our 10 bucks. And before we alight, he told us to study hard!!
I FELT DAMN GUILTY LOR!

So anyways, we reached T2 at around 230AM! The moment we got there, we rushed into the toilet! lols.
Decided to study at Macs because we din want to waste our 5 bucks just to use the toilet.

To prove that we are REALLY studying

And the both of us are sooooo broke that we shared a nuggets student meal.

Supper at 3AM and terrible eyebags!! :(

Continued writing notes for marketing. We set a target to finish all chapters by today because we want to start on accounting!
And so, we really mugged and wrote out all the necessary points from the textbook!! IF only E was there, she would have finished writing by now too. (sorry E, din call u because it was a last min thing and if we ask u to travel down to airport in the middle of the night, I think u'll prolly scold us mad)

Surprisingly, I wasn't feeling really sleepy at all. But alot of times, I wanted to just pack up and head home. Then again, if its not because of Miss F who gave me the motivation to continue, I'll prolly still be stucked at chapter 13? and this girl here tried ways to make me stay awake throughout. :)

By 9am+, we were feeling quite lethargic already. All because of our very dry contact lens. And throughout the night, we kept putting eye drops!! Can you imagine,
my bottle of eye drops is almost finishing already?? In order for us to stay awake, we bought ourselves the $2 sausage McMuffin meal. We needed caffein badly!!!

another pic to prove that we're still in the airport at 9AM!!!

The Communication Process

Finally, at around 2pm++ we let a sigh of relieve!
The 24 hours of non-stop writing has come to an end! [E, I believe you can do it!]

Our shagged face after 24 hours of torment. E, we did it. SO CAN YOU! :)

This is the FIRST time I stayed up for 24-hours just to do notes.
I remembered, during my poly days, the latest I'll stay up is till 5AM.
Oh my gosh! I can't believe I spent a day with F.

Okie, time to sleep. I'll prolly wake up at 7pm tomorrow. HAH!

Airport has became my new "hangout" place recently.
This is prolly one of the advantages staying in the east.
Travelling to airport is not a problem because I have straight bus.
Past few nights of mugging session was productive. Except for the fact that E's brain was shut down by 4am and she went "bonkers" wanting to throw pieces of paper at an uncle sleeping at T2's Mac.

The new way of sleeping. HAHA!

Tuesday was my grandfather's 77th birthday!
Went for a 9 course dinner the next day at some cheena restaurant located at Chinatown.
I skipped lunch on that day just to make sure my tummy has enough space to fill the 9 course dinner. And of cos, it did!

Bro-in-law drove me down to Bugis to meet E and F.
I waited for almost 45 mins for the both of them. tsk tsk tsk!
After they arrived, Fyonne's friend's cousin drove the 5 of us down to Haji Lane to have some "dragon" session. lols.
Went back to the same place we went the other time with Alvin.
It was a fun night with great company! :)

3SIM Vs 2NUS

Left Haji Lane at around 2am.
Drove Miss E back and we got lost around E's house for about 15 mins?
Serjing (F, is that ur friend's cousin's name?) drove Fyonne and myself to Changi Airport Terminal 3! I felt damn guilty because he had school the next day at 9AM!!!
But anyways, thanks alot!

Fyonne and myself mugged at T3's Mac from 4am all the way to 8am++....
The moment I got home, I slept till 530PM! shiok!
Skipped accounting lesson today because when I was getting ready to head out, all of a sudden, there's bubble INSIDE my left eye.
I was actually contemplating if I should wear specs instead (since I already had my bath and am almost ready) but in the end I went back to sleep.
It's Friday night and it has been a looong time since I club.
I don't feel the urge to club at all. Maybe is because I'm getting old? Oh wells. . .
I can't wait for 10th November! Yes, it's my last paper.

And it's mugging at airport again on Sunday. . .

Finally met up with the girls on Thursday to celebrate Sabrina's 20th birthday.
This girl here is becoming more and more feminine ah!
It's been a while since the 5 of us hang out together.
They wanted to have Sushi Tei for dinner but because of the loooooong queue, we had Coffee Club instead.
Being the only one who is still studying, I kept quiet throughout the whole dinner, listening to them talk about their work.
Man, I didn't know having a full time job is soooooo tiring and stressful. I really hope I'll be able to fina a job I like in the future.

pardon my camera

Sabby's surprise birthday "cake"

Happy Birthday Sabrina!

Next up will be TanWeishan's birthday. Followed by CalvinTeo's 21st birthday party and then Dawnie's 22nd birthday. My gosh! My pocket is so gonna be burnt!

Friday was PURPLE day! hee hee!
Elaine, Fyonne and Myself wore purple to school. And I'm never going to wear that everlast canvas anymore. I used up a total of 15 plasters on my leg!!
The moment I reached town, I went to get a black shoe! Couldn't stand it anymore. I don't think I want to wear that shoe ever again...

Elaine, Fyonne, Gladys

The Marketing Project group and the cliques in school. :)

Worked with LL on Saturday for some Dior private event. Yay! There's money rolling in already. The moment I got home, I concussed because I was damn sleepy/tired due to the past few nights of chionging for project.

Met Poong on Sunday. Had a goooooooood long talk with him about his life, ns, etc.
I hope he's doing fine.
Rushed back home and zoomed to the airport to meet E, F and Terence to mug.
We were supposed to meet 830pm but in the end all one by one late ah!
Sorry E for making you wait for almost an hour.
So, we settled down at T2's MacDonalds. Mr White, Ber and gang were there as well and some other SIM students. The world is so small.
We studied till about 630am because our brain was shut by then.
Heading down again this Wednesday. Hopefully I'll be able to complete another 4 chapters.

I HAD ENOUGH OF YOU

I know what E and F is so going to say.......BUT NO!

Elaine, Fyonne, Gladys. We're the EFG! :)

Yay! Finally done with Marketing Project.
After accounting lecture yesterday, the cliques went to King Albert Park's Mac to finish up the last portion of our project.
Took many silly pics because we have a few cam-whores in our group. haha! okie, that exclude me please.
Oh wells, I had fun working with the whole lot of them and hopefully for the next sem, we can have a chance to work with each other again! :)
Headed down to TPY after project meeting. I MISS TOA PAYOH alot!
Then to CCK to meet that alvin for awhile before heading down to YEW TEE to meet the womanilove!
My gosh! Imagine the train ride from TPY to Yew Tee is already about 45 mins, I was wondering how am I supposed to go home from yew tee back to Pasir Ris. Tanweishan says the whole journey will take about 1 hour 15 mins++. SEE, I hate the east. :(

Oh, last night I was sorting out My Pictures folder in my lappie, I came across this last day of attachment folder under NYP and I found these pics.

And I wonder how you people are doing.

Those were the days....

And yes, I'm finally meeting up with the girls later to celebrate sabby's birthday!
It's been a while since I last saw that girl. Busy dating ah!

I'm at the new house already.
Past few days was busy clearing the old house.
While clearing the old place, something suddenly strucked me.
There are many things in my life that I do not bear to throw/let go. And a thought came into my mind. "Move on, Let it go". How true is this sentence?
I took about 3 days to decide if I should throw some stuff away.
No doubt, when I look at the gifts given to me by CY & WN, memories just flow through my mind. Nevertheless, I threw it in the end because I did not want to think about the past.
While clearing a drawer, I came across a bag of puzzle with personal hand-written message. That puzzle was prolly one of the most memorable gift of all.
I was contemplating if I should really throw it away and I spent a few mins doing the puzzle, the next few mins looking at the message and the next few mins to decide.
People always say "the old don't go, the new won't come" and so eventually, I threw everything and I'm glad I did. =)

Believe it or not, I got LOST around my void deck. You see, I was trying to find my way to the bus stop to head over to white sands to meet the womanilove and her bf. But I couldn't find any. I walked and walked and walked but I couldn't see any. After about 5-10 mins of loitering around the void decks, I finally saw a bus stop!!!
And when I reached Pasir Ris Interchange, I felt like as though I'm in a jungle! HAHA!
MY GOSH! I don't know how am I going to survive in the east man!! And I'll prolly take a few years to adapt to the east life. Hah! I MISS TOA PAYOH!!!

The next few weeks will be spent UNpacking all the boxes.
I only managed to unpack about 2 boxes and I'm left with 3 more to go.

Too many things till I don't know how to pack.
From tomorrow onwards, I will TRY to wake up early and be in school on time.
I'll go tour around Pasir Ris to check out the bus timing and the travelling time to school/town.
I think I won't be home late anymore because we're staying VERY VERY FAR IN and the whole place is super quiet AND dark to the power of 100.
In the future when I'm married, I will ask FORCE my husband to buy a flat in central area. hahaha!!

OH, on Hari Raya, I met up with E and F at City Hall.
It was a girls' chilling out night! :)
Alvin came and join us because he was feeling down! and so we three sort of accompanied him.
And thanks vin for driving me down to Airport to send my sis off. /much appreciated.
After airport, he drove all of us down to Haji Lane for some sheesha session!
I got to see the super wild side of Elaine and Fyonne that very night. LOLS!
And we took like 75 pictures that night! All because of Fyonne and her dragon (HAHA) pics! [I havent gotten the pics from her yet]
Sheesha-ed till 2am!!! A SUPER last minute NOT PLANNED activity to head over to mambo.
Left at around 330am and thanks to alvin again for sending my friends and me back home safely. I HOPE we did cheer you up a little. :)

Lastly, thanks for cheering me up about my school work, results, etc. *you people know who you are* From TODAY onwards, I'm going to motivate myself to mug HARD for accounting!

Airport, here I come. . .
